Why?

The traditional misconception about “me time” tends to be about getting away from chores and tasks, only to have you spend your hours away on scrolling through noise of social media, binge-watching movies and videos that do nothing to enrich your mind and body.
Or worse, doing nothing at all (and quite often while endlessly snacking on stuff that harm you more than you realize).
All this? The first step towards laziness and lethargy.
What we all need is “me time” that’s healthier and sustainable. “Me time” that’s empowering. “Me time” that equates to wellness.
